Ricker-Murphy development appointed BGD&C Corporation, as its exclusive representative to design and build custom residences on the remaining single family home properties within the Lincoln Park 2520 grounds.     

BGD&C will offer up to five homes on sites no less than 54 feet wide, which may also be purchased in combination.  These unusual, extra wide parcels will enhance and support opportunities for unique home designs.  Residents will experience a rare opportunity to enjoy the privacy of a custom home while benefiting from the amenities, open space, services and security of Lincoln Park 2520.  Each home will, at a minimum, feature a secure, attached underground four-car garage, and full, unobstructed private front and rear gardens.  Single family home owners may also choose to utilize the amenities and services offered at 2520, including: the concierge, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, an indoor lap pool, steam and sauna, massage treatment rooms, a yoga room, the billiards/library, the theatre room, the game room and the Lincoln Park 2520 Club Lounge with catering kitchen.
